Messages in the Email Cloud Show an Incorrect Date and Time (Accounts Prior to June 2019)
When you look at messages in the Match My Email Cloud, and in the Date column, messages from today have an incorrect time from when they were actually sent or received, you need to change the timezone. This is only necessary for Match My Email accounts created prior to June 2019.
A User would sign in to Match My Email and to the following:
- In the blue menu bar, at far right click “Profile”
- Use the dropdown menu to choose appropriate timezone for your location.
- Click “Save”.
