Why am I locked out of signing in to Match My Email? (Accounts Prior to June 2019)

If you try repeatedly to login with your email address and an incorrect email password, our system will lock out as follows for security reasons:

• 5 failures during 1 minute cause lockout for 5 minutes
• 15 failures during 15 minutes cause lockout for 20 min
