“IP restricted or invalid login hours”
When attempting to complete Salesforce Integration for a User, if you click Grant and see the error message “IP restricted or invalid login hours” you need to investigate restrictions in Salesforce.
It is possible in Salesforce to create a list of specific IP addresses that are allowed to have access. If Match My Email’s addresses are not on that list, this error can occur. It is also possible in Salesforce to restrict the hours within which Users are allowed to login. If this is the case, then when Match My Email is attempting to connect to Salesforce for a User, either the system’s IP addresses aren’t allowed or it is outside of permitted login hours.
To eliminate the error based on IP addresses, one should check that our IP exists in Trusted Network / IP for:

- 2) Profile settings: https://help.salesforce.com/articleView?id=sf.users_profiles_epui_login_ip_ranges_edit.htm&type=5
