Our reporting suite comes with activity reports for Leads, Contacts, Accounts, and Opportunities. We also included a report specifically for Salesforce orgs that use Person Accounts and Households. These reports can show you activity across these objects but are customizable to your business’ needs.

Our new reporting suite was informed by our customers. We focused on reports and insights that Match My Email customers have requested over the years. That said, every business is different, so you can also view this reporting suite as a springboard for your own analysis. Much of these reports were built on the “Tasks and Events” report type, one of the more difficult report types to work with on the Salesforce platform. By duplicating and building off these reports, you and your team can start building the reports you need faster and easier.
Match My Email is not a consultancy, so we cannot do your company’s data analysis for you. That said, this new reporting suite aims to empower customers so that admins can get all the insights they are looking for.
Along with this reporting suite, we are also rolling out a new field called “MME Activity Type”, a custom field on the Activity object used in most of our reporting. This field allows you to easily break out data based on activity type just as activities are grouped on each record’s activity timeline.
