As you may know, Match My Email is SOC-2 Type 2 compliant. RecordAI lives within your Salesforce organization and sends data directly to OpenAI using Salesforce’s secure infrastructure. OpenAI is SOC-2 compliant and compliant with industry standards including HIPAA and GDPR. Our AI connection setup offers guidance to securely connect to AI and keep your company data safe.
If your company is not leveraging AI yet, do not worry, RecordAI is an opt-in feature. If you do not set it up, your data cannot reach OpenAI.
