We designed the summarizer to work with GPT 4.1 nano, one of OpenAI’s fastest and most cost-effective models. Through careful prompt engineering, we’ve optimized it to consistently deliver high-quality summaries at the lowest possible cost.

How affordable is it? In our testing, $1 worth of GPT 4.1 nano credits can summarize approximately 50,000 typical activities—including emails, events, tasks, and call logs. (Actual usage may vary based on your activity length and volume.)

As you may know, Match My Email is SOC-2 Type 2 compliant. The Activity Summarizer lives within your Salesforce organization and sends data directly to OpenAI using Salesforce’s secure infrastructure. OpenAI is SOC-2 compliant and compliant with industry standards including HIPAA and GDPR. Our AI connection setup offers guidance to securely connect to AI and keep your company data safe.

If your company is not leveraging AI yet, do not worry, the Activity Summarizer is an opt-in feature. If you do not set up our summarizer, your data cannot reach OpenAI.
