MME provides a fully automated cloud service. It does all the work of syncing and logging emails to Salesforce for a sales rep using Outlook. The computer software does all the processing related to the sorting and uploading of emails and their attachments to the right Salesforce record(s). They require constant action and attention. If you are busy or sick or traveling or on vacation, they don’t work. Need to be able to synchronise Outlook mail to SalesForce for both PC and MAC users.

Looks like your Match My email is what I need.

Can you let me know how this works and associated costs.

Does the software match historic emails, or only those emails created after subscription setup?

Yes, Match My Email can match old emails from before the subscription start date. It is done using a special import folder that will bring the old emails into Salesforce at the rate of 360 per day, 10,800 per month. At this rate, the system will not run up against any daily processing limits at Salesforce so the system can be fully automated and trouble free.

Hello, I’m interested in a client for Outlook (for Mac) to integrate with Salesforce. I don’t have Microsoft Exchange services, it’s only email (IMAP) and Outlook calendar. Do you offer something to sync my emails and calendar with Salesforce? Thank you.
