Match My Email does not work with MAPI.  Match My Email requires email servers to be enabled for IMAP.  Users will need to obtain their IMAP server hostname and port for IMAP from their IT department.  IMAP server is a MUST HAVE for MatchMyEmail to retrieve a copy of email from folders of choice that will be processed and uploaded in Salesforce on match. It’s recommended to use secure IMAP connections (usually on port 993) for security reasons.
