Match My Email is evolving in web time. Right now, this cloud application is on a two-week upgrade cycle. This week the application was re-partitioned to increase its speed and stability. By separating the MySQL database and Sphinx index engine on a dedicated server, customers can now access their data twice as fast. The application is also more scalable and stable. By leveraging the Amazon Web Services infrastructure, customers can be assured that their email integration data is backed up in real-time and will not go down due to built in fail-over recovery.
Saleforce.com is MME’s first target solution. The company is in discussions to port the system to other core business applications like project management, customer support and ERP.
