This is a useful tip that will improve the speed of Match My Email by Ignoring Drafts, Spam and Trash Folders. One way to turbo-charge the application is to block the import of irrelevant email folders like Trash, Spam and Drafts. Import Folders has three options. Choose “All available folder except listed”.
When the “Select list of folders to Ignore” pop-up appears, move Drafts, Trash and Spam to the import ignore list. You just saved the system the import of a lot of junk email and will be rewarded with even faster response times.
To make these settings permanent please hit Save button on Import tab after choosing the folders to exclude.
