Match My Email Caps Off Another Successful Year

As businesses close the books on 2019, Match My Email charges into the new decade poised to build on its year of success. As we begin a new chapter, a new decade, and Q1 of 2020, we’d like to reflect on our successes in 2019. Highlighting the achievements of MME are exciting company growth, adding new capabilities to the MME software, and receiving an outpouring of passionate customer feedback.

Growth, innovation, and customer success highlights 2019

Over the past twelve months, Match My Email enjoyed growth in numerous ways. For starters, the company saw a tremendous 40% increase in users. As word spreads throughout the Salesforce ecosystem that there’s a better email capture tool on the AppExchange, we expect 2020 to see an even more substantial rate of growth. In addition to positive sales growth, the company added two more employees to the sales and marketing team. Malcolm Comma, an experienced account executive, joined the team in June and Sam Broda, the company’s newest growth officer, came onboard in October. The pair looks forward to expanding the company’s footprint in the Salesforce ecosystem in the coming year.

On the development side, MME released its latest version, version 9.6.0, this past December

In the past year, many improvements have been made. On the interface front, users now can measure the impact Match My Email is having on their productivity through the app’s new user dashboard. Addressing scalability in general, MME’s newest release implements robust parallel processing which makes the ‘autosync’ cycle 8x faster in large accounts above 500 seats. In 2020, remote administration was also implemented, enabling admins to activate and deactivate users with a single click. Finally, the MME custom scripting was extended to accommodate new workflows including autocreation of Contacts when Domain matching is active at the Account level.
