The Precision Matching area is for customers that work with our support team to develop custom matching strategies that go beyond just matching on email address. One way MME can perform custom matching is when the app is instructed to look for a unique value in the body of an email message or description of an event. When using a value in these locations it is necessary to have helper information in the form of a consistent prefix. In addition to the default option of using mme as a prefix, it is possible for customers to use their own acronym or specifically chose prefix. This location is where support staff will help customers list these custom prefixes.
