4.15. Customize > Reprocessing Rules

MME will automatically reprocess emails and events that are retained in the MME Activity Dashboard with No Match status.  The goal with this strategy is that if weeks after an email arrives in the account, a User then adds the record in Salesforce, MME will find the new record and bring in the communication that is still available in the account.  While this is a valuable feature to most customers, it does mean MME uses additional API calls for this reprocessing.  If this is not desired, an Admin can check the box to disable automatic reprocessing of No Match emails.
