What does “No Info” in Type:Matches column mean?
“No Info” showing in Type Matches column indicates one of the following, see what may be causing this.
“No Info” showing in Type Matches column indicates one of the following:
Salesforce account integration is not set up.
- Go to Settings > Salesforce Integration
- Click Grant
- Click Next
- Login to Salesforce
- Click “Allow”
- Click Finish
- Set preferences for Matching Rules & Other Services. For Other Services, ‘Use Google Docs Uploads’ and ‘Email to Case’ are typically disabled.
- Click Save
There could be a problem with Salesforce.com.
Matching rules for Salesforce objects may not be enabled, even if Salesforce Integration is working.
- Settings > Salesforce Integration
- In Matching Rules section, make sure objects for which matching is desired is set to enabled.
