How to update your Salesforce credential
To update your Salesforce credential please follow this step by step guide (all necessary fields are indicated in red outlines)
1 – Please open a new tab in your browser and go to www.matchmyemail.com, On the Match My Email homepage click on the “Login” button top right of homepage.
2 – Please enter your Email address in the username field and Email password in the password field and click submit to log in.
3 – Once you are logged into the Match My Email cloud view please click on the “Settings” tab at top left.
4 – In the “Settings” underneath “Applies to” click on the name of the Salesforce user that you wish to update the credential for. (note do not select the check box to left of the name, just click on the actual username name itself)
5 – Click the “Change” button in the View/Edit Salesforce Account popup.
6 – Click “Next”.
7 – You will get a popup window from Salesforce asking you to Allow Access (if you have popups in your browser blocked you will need to enable or allow popups from matchmyemail.com then click “Next” again) double check that it is the correct user name and then click allow. note,If the user name is not correct click the (Not you?) link next to the user name in the popup window and login with the correct Salesforce user name.
8 – Finally click the “Save” button to finish.
9 – You will see in the “Status” column next to the green tick !Updated you are done.
