Quota Limit Exceeded

I am getting a error message “Quota Limit Exceeded”. Why is this?

Match My Email allows up to 100 megs per 24 hour period for message and attachment uploads. If you hit over the 100 meg limit, the system will pause and resume the following day. No message will be lost in this process.

You can request from support to have you quota limit condition cleared.
