Match My Email can sync and upload email from multiple email servers or services simultaneously to Salesforce
Match My Email is based on open software and standards, so it is compatible with every email solution on the market, except POP4. Match My Email connects to the cloud servers of the major business email providers, Office 365 and G Suite, via their proprietary API’s. Connecting via the proprietary API’s enables Match My Email to offer remote administration, remote user activation and deactivation, remote upgrades and maintenance, remote customization, password persistence and the highest levels of security in the industry.
Match My Email integrates to all other email system via IMAP. IMAP also offers robust security with encryption in transit and at rest. The major drawback of IMAP is that at account setup and/or password change the end user must be present and enter his or her username and password.
